Snow Balls

To make your snow balls you will need.
1 cup of peanut butter
1/2 a cup of icing sugar
1/2 a cup of nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cups of white chocolate
1/2 a cup of coconut

Here is what you need to do.

Mix the peanut butter with the dry milk and the icing sugar using a mixer.
Then pick up some of the mixure and role it in to a ball, place the balls on a tray lined with waxed paper, put the the tray in the freezer while you melt the white choclate.
Then get the balls out of the freezer and dip them in the the melted chocolate, then the coconut.
Now put the balls back in the freezer for 30 minutes and there you go.

The snow balls were very nice, they were just like Snickers ice creams.
